- Adding data from external third party sources (data list vendors).
- By combining internal data sources (e.g. marketing, sales and service data).
- By doing primary research (via telemarketing, web surveys, etc), when you can't find data lists that have the data you need.
- By doing secondary (desk) research.
Benchmarking all sources
We can download data from your systems or take data files from your various departments and agencies, and then consolidate your data into a standardised form in order to determine your data enhancement requirements on a consistent, like-for-like basis across all data sets. We will then use external databases to append missing data, to:
- Add value to prospect marketing data for better targeting.
- Enhance lead data, to make your marketing leads more impressive (particularly good for web leads, but can be used on leads from exhibitions and telemarketing to great effect).
We can even use your own internal data to add value to leads by:
- Establishing whether the lead is from an existing customer and
