Each of our operations centres around the world, in the UK, Spain, New Zealand and U.S., hosts a multi-lingual capability and delivers all EIMS services. This enables us to support international clients from one location or across time zones as required. Sales offices in San Jose and Singapore provide an additional touch point for clients.
EIMS tried and tested processes, systems and best practices deployed globally result in consistent and scalable services.
Our location choices are primarily driven by proximity to language and talent pools to deliver a world class service to clients in over 30 languages (spoken as a first language).
